Nancy Burke is in her 30th year as a restaurateur, caterer and event planner. Her first restaurant, Thirty-Three & 1/3, was located in Ridgefield, CT and helped Nancy establish her place in the food service industry as Thirty-Three & 1/3 Catering. The New York Times said that "every town should have a Thirty Three & 1/3,Innovative Food, Reasonable Prices and Awesome Staff." Since then, she has catered hundreds of weddings, baby and bridal showers, corporate events, memorials and celebrations that have showcased creative and innovative food and drink fare. Presentation has and always will be a forte at Thirty Three & 1/3. In addition to the quality of our product/service, our team believes in everything looking great as well as tasting great. Our staff is professional and friendly and has a way of anticipating your needs based on our experience. Nancy opened up The Bees Knees Cafe for three reasons: she loves Milford and the people in it, she loves the beach and being so close to it at The Bees Knees. But most importantly she wanted to have a fun, good vibe, great food, amazing drinks, delectable treats and a price point that keeps customers who become friends coming back. We are so excited to be part of this Walnut Beach Community and welcome you to our BEE-loved, BEE-autiful Bees Knees!
